Each team for the 100hr will need pack rafts. We have a limited amount of pack rafts for rent @ R2000 per pack raft (does not include paddles or PFD's). Please indicate your preference below.

All correspondence will be sent to the Team Captains.

TEAM MEMBERS

Complete names of team members. If still to be confirmed, then enter "tbc". Detailed info for each team member will be submitted by team captains via email closer to the event. Should you be planning to have youngsters under the age of 16 in your team, please email info@vasbyter.co.za now to let us know.

AGREEMENT

EACH PARTICIPANT MUST TAKE RESPONSIBILITY FOR THEIR OWN SAFETY. We will have medics on standby but be aware that they could take several hours to reach an injured person – hence the compulsory equipment. Should medical attention / evacuation be needed, the cost of this will be for the competitors account.
In consideration of the acceptance of the team entry, the team members and their executors, heirs, administrators and assigns, do hereby release and discharge Vasbyt Adv Race, landowners, the sponsors, all medical personnel, any and all authorities from all claims for injury, damage and property loss suffered by any team member caused by negligence of any of them and arriving out of the team's participation in the event including pre and post event activities. The team is physically fit and sufficiently trained to participate in this event and assume all risks of participation. The team accept all rules, conditions and regulations and agree that the team and its members, name, photographs, video tape, broadcasts, telecasts, any advertising promotion may be utilized free of charge. The team hereby confirm that I have read and understood the Rules & Regulations as stated on this website.
